We do honey! NOT the stuff on the shelves in the shops… We do REAL honey. Honey straight from beekeepers who get it from bees who get it from flowers of all different varieties!
Varitals or varieties of honey come from the different plants bees visit to collect nectar to make honey!
We ONLY stock honey that is currently available or we harvested in bulk when it was ready… This means that our honey usually reflects the season or recent flowering bloom that has finished. We do on occasion harvest a large amount of honey of a certain varietal / flower nectar source such as sunflower, blue gum and litchi which we then store until it is sold out…
